Introducing the New Capsule Collection “Ydor” by Faye Chatzi.

Where Elegance Meets Eco-Consciousness in Mykonos.

“Ydor” is the Ancient Greek word for water. Faye Chatzi, a fashion designer based on Mykonos, renowned for her environmental awareness, has unveiled her new capsule collection “Ydor,” featuring garments crafted from handmade, delicate materials. With this new work, she aims to evoke sensations of lightness and coolness. To underscore the theme of global warming, water scarcity, and drought, the photoshoot for the collection was conducted in and around water. This setting serves as a poignant tribute to the critical environmental issues affecting our world today.

The collection was created entirely by hand without the use of electrical energy. The materials used include organic cotton, linen, and silk produced by the designer herself. Each piece in the collection is unique and of limited production, enhancing the sense of exclusivity and authenticity. This approach reflects Faye Chatzi’s commitment to sustainability and environmental sensitivity, while also offering elegance and timeless style.

This summer, in her atelier at Despotika Mykonos, you will find an exciting collaboration between Faye Chatzi and the brand Kimisoo, where they share the same philosophy for an eco-conscious and luxurious lifestyle. This unique partnership unites two creative brands dedicated to sustainability, elegance, and artistry.

Visitors will have the opportunity to experience this unique collection up close. The atelier itself is designed to be a space that embodies the art and philosophy behind each piece, allowing visitors to fully appreciate the uniqueness and craftsmanship. Through this collaboration, they aim to inspire others to embrace eco-conscious luxury by making conscious choices that benefit both the environment and personal style.
